General fund to promote the Sister Cities affiliation and its
activities between Great Neck Plaza, U.S.A. and Tiberias, Israel,
including cultural, educational and social interactions between our
two cities.
Tiberias
Children's Fund
Special fund to feed hungry adults through our soup kitchen,
and needy school children boxed lunches daily at school while
providing steady work to physically and mentally disabled adults who
prepare the school lunches for distribution, and other programs, such
as scholarships for underprivileged children to attend summer camp,
and to
promote caring for the socially and economically challenged members of
the Tiberias community.
Great Neck
Public Art Fund
Special fund to involve school children both in Great Neck and
in Tiberias on cultural art projects to promote social interaction,
art appreciation, education and awareness through creating public
murals and other public art projects within their communities.
